The Minsk production association «MINSKHLEBPROM» was created in 1972 and is one of the largest associations in baking branch of republic. Capacities of the enterprises of association allow satisfying to the full requirements of a two-million city for bakery and confectionery products.
For years of existence «MINSKHLEBPROM» are constructed:
- A bakery №6;
- A confectionery site of a bakery №5;
- Cracker (Suhari) sites of bakeries "Automatic machine" and №1;
- Mechanical-repair factory;
- Sites on manufacture of spice-cakes, cookies, baranochnih products on bakeries №1, 2, 4, 5, 6;
- A site on manufacture of puff products of a bakery №6;
- Sanatorium "Zhyravyshka".
Today «MINSKHLEBPROM» has 3500 of employees. They are highly skilled experts, many of which have behind shoulders of ten years of work at the enterprise. That the consumer could receive qualitative, tasty and faultless production in the sanitary-and-hygienic relation harmonious work of all experts and all collective as a whole is necessary. Especially it is important today in the conditions of an increasing competition on a commodity market.

Daily for production delivery in a trading network it is used more than 140 specialized cars.

«MINSKHLEBPROM» is the largest in territory of the Republic of Belarus the enterprise of baking branch. Its structure includes seven bakeries.
Daily average capacity of manufacture of bakery products is 500 tons, confectionery products - 20 tons, more than 20 tons suharno-baranochnoj production, 15 tons of spice-cakes and cookies. One of the oldest enterprises - a bakery №2 - has stepped over the 95-year-old boundary.
Association production on scale of manufacture can be divided on two groups:
- manufacture of bread and bakery products;
- more than 60 names rye and rye-white bread, including more than 35 other sorts breads;
- more than 250 names of bakery products;
- manufacture suharno-baranochnoj production (drying, crackers, steering-wheels) - more than 100 names, spice-cakes more - 40 names, oatmeal cookies more than 15 kinds, wafer pies, рулеты biscuit, eclairs, over 150 names of pies, and also half-finished products.
Great volumes of manufacture allow lowering essentially industrial and an overhead charge for a unit of production.
