Conditions of cooperation with MUE "MINSKHLEBPROM" under the foreign trade contracts:
1) For the conclusion of the contract of delivery it is necessary to give us following documents:
- Constituent documents of the company;
- The certificate on registration in tax bodies of country of origin of the customer;
- Documents of the buyer (the licence, the certificate of the importer, etc.);
- Legal requisites of the buyer;
- Bank requisites;
- First name, middle initial, last name Directors or persons authorised to conclude the contract;
- Contact data (phone, a fax, E-mail, the post address).
2) Conditions of delivery of production MUE "Minskhlebprom":
- Delivery - FCA Minsk or CPT-destination, it agree Incoterms-2000;
- Payment - 100 % an advance payment;
- Term of performance of the demand till 14 days (depends on party volume);
- We do not accept any financial participation in registration, registration and other actions necessary for production import in your region.
3) MUE "Minskhlebprom" gives following documents on production:
- The certificate of conformity of a quality management of working out and production ISO 9001-2001;
- The certificate of conformity of system of management by quality and safety of production on the basis of the analysis of risks and critical control points HACCP;
- The certificate of the State hygienic registration (stands out Ministry of Health);
- The conformity certificate (gives out GOSSTANDART);
- The certificate of the country of origin, the necessary form (the Commercial and industrial chamber gives out);
- The quality certificate.
4) Packing and Marks. Container.
Marks. The information is put on a product in Russian: the name and a product kind, structure, biological value, conditions and a period of storage, the manufacturer. Drawing on packing and-or a sticker box in any declared language is possible.
Packing. Manufacturing of a packing film for packed up production under a brand and the information of the buyer is possible. The minimum volume of party for extra packing working out under the customer - 10 000 packs (pieces) of production of one kind.
Container. MUE "Minskhlebprom" lets out weight and packed up production. WEIGHT production is packed into trays (TVs), the cardboard box with cut from above, is tightened by a film. The size of a tray - W380*L285*H120 mm. PACKED up production is packed into cardboard boxes. On seams the box is stuck with a firm tape. The size of a box - W380*L380*H237.
5) Shipment.
Delivery is carried out: motor transport (20/40 foot containers), railway and авиа, and also sea.
6) The Minimum volume of party.
- For the Russian Federation - 2 tons of production;
- For the countries near and far abroad - 20 foot container;
- Under conditions of shipment at own expense volume of party any!
